How Do I Place An Order?

Can orders be picked up instead of being shipped?
Yes you sure can! Please give us a call to check our on hand delivery and you can pick up your order from our boutique located in Durham, NC.
Once your payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 24 hours unless notified otherwise. All orders will be shipped through USPS. We have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 for any order being shipped in the U.S(unless otherwise stated). We do offer overnight shipping, however you must contact us to verify shipping cost. All international customers we ask that you contact us to insure that we ship to your country and a quote for shipping and handling charges.
Do you accept order from outside the US?
We sure do! Please send us a message to ensure that we do ship to your country.

How Long Before I Recieve my Order?
** Shipping time may vary outside of the USA** Order processing time is 2-4 business days. Most orders ship out within 24 hrs after processing. You should receive your order 3-5 days (3-7 outside the USA) after that. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking #. **Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for reshipping or replacing your order if it is incorrect. If the address is wrong it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company to change it. ***We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for packages detained by other countries customs. ****Shipment exempt days: Weekends & holidays. *****We claim shipping value to be low so you do not pay taxes/duty/import fees. ******Items will not shipped until all payments are cleared/received. *******You must be home to sign for your package. If you do not receive your package & shipper has made there regular amount of delivery attempts, the fault is yours and you will not receive a refund or new shipment from us. Purchasing from us means you accept our terms.

Returns & Refunds
Natural Addictions Hair & Beauty is committed to providing you with products of the finest quality. We thoroughly inspect all hair and double checked before sent to you, in order to ensure consistency and quality. Once you receive the hair, we suggest that you double check it as soon as possible, to make sure that the hair meets your requirements, but without removing the tags, altering, or washing the hair.
Customers will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping fees. Unless the hair received is defective. Customer must inform of any order discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt so that they may investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
Return Policy for a full refund must meet the criteria below:
Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order for US customers and 14 days for international customers.
We only accept returns of hair products that have not been washed, installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.
The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged.

We do not cancel or accept returns for orders that have been delayed by the mail or postage company.
Returns Process:
Email us at if you’re not satisfied with the hair and want to return, take a picture to show that the hair is in its original status.
You’ll receive the return shipping address via email once we confirm the request. Ship the hair by air mail. Take a picture of the receipt from post office, email it to us.
We’ll track the return shipping. Once we receive the hair and it’s correct, full refund with the shipping fee will be sent back to your Paypal account.

For health and sanitary reasons, all sales are final unless we have grossly misrepresented our item. If there is an issue please contact and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How much do your bundles weigh?
Our bundles/packs are the standard size wefts 3.5-4.0 oz.
Is this hair 100% human hair?
Yes! Our virgin hair is 100% human hair. We do not use any synthetic or animal fibers to fill our wefts.
Can you dye/bleach our virgin hair?
Yes! You can dye and/or bleach our virgin hair. We recommend you have this service provided by a licensed
Can you curl and straighten our virgin hair?
Yes! You can curl and/or straighten our virgin hair.
How does your virgin hair achieve its curly/wavy pattern?
The wavy/curly texture of the hair is achieved by steam. This process does not include any chemicals at all, just water and steam vapor. The texture may not be as flexible, meaning the hair may not revert back to its original pattern after an extended period of use or after using heat tools & chemicals on the hair (flat ironing, curling, dying etc). For longer lasting patterns we suggest dry shampoos and leave in conditioner spray

We do not offer free hair in exchange for reviews but we do offer a discount to bloggers/YT gurus who would like to review our products.
