We thoroughly inspect all hair and double checked before sent to you, in order to ensure consistency and quality. Once you receive the hair, we suggest that you double check it as soon as possible, to make sure that the hair meets your requirements, but without removing the tags, altering, or washing the hair. Customers will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping fees. Unless the hair received is defective. Customer must inform of any order discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt so that they may investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

Return Policy for a full refund must meet the criteria below:Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order for US customers and 14 days for international customers.We only accept returns of hair products that have not been washed, installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Process:Email us at if you’re not satisfied with the hair and want to return, take a picture to show that the hair is in its original status.You’ll receive the return shipping address via email once we confirm the request. Ship the hair by air mail. Take a picture of the receipt from post office, email it to us.We’ll track the return shipping. Once we receive the hair and it’s correct, full refund with the shipping fee will be sent back to your Paypal account.
